As i wrote to you. We were took off the flight because my wife check for covid was cancelled, So we couldnt take the flight and obviously the first night. I called the hotel. Talked to reservation, and one one the girls there told not to worry about it and that she will fix everything when we will arrive. For me it was "forse maggior" We couldn't predict an event of this kind. For our surprise,as we came in , eventually one day after the beginning of the order Reception didn't want to refund us They said it should come through you. I wrote yesterday, and no one contact me. To us its more then obvious to get a refund especially after reservation told us. Surprisingly no one in reservation record that talked wven when i showed then phone records. We are very disappointed from this wvent And even angry about this treatment. Hope to here from you soon The reception manager " mr camal " waiting to your call. So do we. Dina and amnon davidoff

Location of the hotel is brilliant next to Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre. Many prestigious exhibitions and shows are running all the time, which are free! Rooms were spacious and clean. Coffee facilities and safe are available. A small kitchenette with open plan living room. Our room was on top floor with a nice panoramic view of the ocean and islands. All staff were professional and helpful. A special thanks go to Housekeeping staff "Mazhar" who was assigned to look after the rooms in our floor. He did a good job.

Hassan

This my favorite hotel closer to AD Exibition Center where book fair is held every year. Spacious room with kitchenette where we have our breakfast. Lulu express is within 5 minutes walk. Facilities: Underground car park is where we leave the car (self parking), pool and gym. Helpful and smiling staff, Nigel, Farhad, Javi and Tywan.

Maha

Staff were very helpful and attentive.The room was very very comfortable.The rooms were spacoius and bed comfortable. The breakfast menu and the people in the restaurant were really good and intuitive.

Chaitanya

I liked the amenities offered, as well as the hotel itself. We were upgraded to a three room apartment and it was amazing, big space for me and my husband. The staff was nice and the location is good.
